Last updated: July 2026. These terms apply to every order placed on ChefCravings. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

1. About us

ChefCravings creates personalized, printed cookbooks based on the preferences you share in our builder. Trade name: chefcravings. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 70949883. Contact: info@chefcravings.com.

2. Orders

An order is final once payment is completed. Because every book is printed on demand and personalized for you, an order can only be cancelled while it has not entered production, typically within roughly the first hour after ordering. Email us right away and we will request cancellation with our print partner. After production starts, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. E-books are delivered instantly and cannot be cancelled or refunded once the personalized PDF has been sent.

3. Right of withdrawal

Personalized, made-to-order goods and personalized digital content are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(c) and 16(m)). Separate from this, we reprint and reship any book that arrives damaged or with a printing defect, free of charge, when reported with a photo within 14 days of delivery.

4. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and charged in US dollars. Payment is processed through our payment provider at the moment you place the order.

5. Delivery

We ship to the United States only. Physical books are printed in 2 to 4 business days and shipped tracked in 3 to 6 business days, for a total delivery time of 7 to 10 business days. US shipping costs $4.99 and is free on orders over $60. E-books involve no shipping and are emailed as soon as your personalized PDF is ready, usually within minutes.

6. Liability

Recipes are provided for personal use. Please check ingredients for allergens and follow safe cooking practices. ChefCravings is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the book.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
