Every ChefCravings cookbook is printed on demand. Production takes 3 to 5 business days, followed by shipping through a tracked carrier. Total delivery time is usually 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.

Personalized orders

Because each book is uniquely made for you, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales does not apply once production has started (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(c)).

Damaged on arrival

If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please email a photo to info@uniekkookboek.nl within 14 days of delivery. We will reprint and reship a new copy free of charge.

Wrong address

Please double-check the shipping address at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for orders lost due to an incorrect address.
